Alterations are a normal part of the custom-tailoring process. We make all alterations at our Michigan-based Customer Support Center. We have established a streamlined process for handling alterations to make it as easy as possible for you to have a garment altered.

Here are some important notes:

  1. You must submit your alteration request within 30 days after receiving the garment
  2. One round of alterations is complimentary for each garment
  3. You can expect your order to be shipped back to you approximately one (1) week after it is received by our Customer Support Center
  4. We do not cover the cost of shipping the garment to our Customer Support Center
  5. We will pay to re-ship the order back to you, via UPS Ground. If you prefer expedited delivery, you will be responsible for paying any additional shipping charges.

To request alterations, please follow this process:

  1. Send us an e-mail at service@moi-meme.com and include the following:
    • A written description of the problem
    • Your Order Number and, if known, the Item Number for the particular garment requiring alterations
  2. Assuming your garment is approved for return, we will send you a shipping label via e-mail. Print the label and attach it to your package. The shipping label helps us to identify your package when it arrives. The shipping label does not include postage; you will need to pay for that when you ship your package.
  3. If your garment requires alterations or remaking due to fit issues, we recommend that you include in your package:
    1. Safety pins on the seams of the garment that you believe require adjustment
    2. One or more photos of you wearing the garment, demonstrating the problem areas (you may also e-mail these photos to service@moi-meme.com)
    3. A written description of the problem (you may also e-mail this description to service@moi-meme.com)
  4. Ship your package by taking it to your post office, UPS or FedEx store.

Returns
As your garments are made specifically for you, returns are not accepted except in the following cases:
- if there is a stitching / construction fault with your garment
- if the garment has not been manufactured as specified
- if the sizing of the garment relating to the measurements you provided is incorrect

If you are returning a garment due to a fault or you believe it has not been made to the specification given by you, we will alter or remake a new garment to the correct specifications. If we make you a new garment, it will ship about four (4) weeks from the date we receive your return, though we will always try to expedite your order, when possible. We will contact you by e-mail to update you on the progress of your order. To return a garment, please follow the same process as for alterations, as described above.
