Styles
How often do your styles change?
We produce new styles for the Autumn/Winter and Spring/Summer collections, but we retain the most popular styles from past collections in our portfolio.

What can I expect to see in the next collection?
To be amongst the first to preview the next collection, join our mailing list.

Where can I learn about the specific details of a Moi-Même garment?
Our website provides copious amounts of information about the tailoring details of our garments. If you have a question that is not addressed there, please just send us an e-mail at service@moi-meme.com.

Can you tailor a garment from my own fashion designs?
No, we design our own garments and create our own patterns to ensure we can offer a consistent excellent fit and classic style.

Do you offer Plus size styles?
No, we are unable to accommodate Plus sizes (dress sizes 16+) at this time.

Fabrics
How often do your fabrics change?
We offer a new fabric and color portfolio twice each year - when we launch new collections - and we often update fabrics mid-season. Specific fabrics or colors may become unavailable. Our website displays our current fabric offering.

Can I view fabric swatches?
Yes; you may view fabrics at your nearest Unique Boutique.

What if my measurements change?
If you believe your measurements may have changed since your last fitting, please make an appointment for a new BodyPrint at your local Unique Boutique.

Ordering
Why doesn't the website allow me to purchase jackets or dresses?
We do not offer our jacket and dress styles via the Unique Boutiques because our alterations staff can not adjust these garments remotely.

The website does not seem to offer me all the product categories. Why are some missing?
As we receive your measurements from Unique, we automatically adjust our offering to ensure we only show you products that we can tailor to fit you. Thus, to avoid any confusion, if you fall outside our size range for a particular product category, we will not offer products from that category.

I am having trouble with the website. Who can assist?

May I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
You may only make changes to your order up to 24 hours from the time the order was placed. After that time, production will have already begun on your custom garments.

May I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because each garment is made to your individual specifications, you may only cancel your order up to 24 hours from the time the order was placed. After that time, production will have already begun on your custom garments.

Payment
Do I pay when I order, or when I receive my garments?
You will pay the full amount at the time of order.

Is my payment refundable?
Your order is refundable up to 24 hours from the time the order was placed. After that time, payment can not be refunded because production will have already begun on your custom garments.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit or debit cards.

Do you charge for shipping?
Yes, we charge for shipping and handling. The total cost to ship your order will be calculated during the Checkout process, based on the shipping address you provide.

Do you charge sales tax?
We charge all appropriate Michigan and New York sales taxes, on all orders shipped to addresses in those states.

Do you charge Customs duties?
No, you are responsible for paying any and all applicable Customs or import duties.

What is your refund policy?
Because your garments are custom made for your body, we do not offer refunds. We do, however, strive to ensure your satisfaction by making alterations to garments that do not quite fit and by replacing products with customization or construction faults. Delivery
When will I receive my garments?
Your garments will be shipped about four weeks from the date your order was placed. We will contact you when your order ships.

Can you ship to my home or office?
Certainly! Please just provide your home or office address during checkout.

Can you ship my order to a Unique Boutique or the Moi-Même Showroom?
Yes. During checkout, please select your local Unique Boutique or our New York Showroom address from the drop-down menu. The address fields will automatically populate.

Alterations & Returns
Will my order require alterations?
While most garments do not require alterations, some will. Alterations are a normal part of the custom-tailoring process.

Which garments may be altered?
We will alter any Moi-Même garment, provided the alteration is requested within 30 days of receipt of the garment.

What happens if my measurements change?
If your measurements have changed, make an appointment to get a new BodyPrint from a Unique Boutique. If a change in measurements has caused your Moi-Même garments to require alterations, please take your garments to your local tailor; Moi-Même does not handle ongoing garment alterations.

How do I request alterations?
Please visit Alterations & Returns to submit a request.

How long do alterations take?
You can expect your order to be shipped back to you approximately one week after it is received by our Customer Support Center.

Must Moi-Même handle the alterations?
No, you are welcome to take your garment to your local tailor to complete the alterations. We neither take responsibilty for nor reimburse for such alterations.

Do you charge for alterations?
One round of alterations is complimentary for each garment. While we do not cover the cost of shipping the garment to our Customer Support Center, we will pay to re-ship the order back to you.

What is your return policy?
Because your garments are custom made for your body, we do not accept returns. We do, however, strive to ensure your satisfaction by making alterations to garments that do not quite fit and by replacing products with customization or construction faults. Tailoring
Who are your tailors?
Each Moi-Même garment is crafted by skilled tailors in Vietnam, under the guidance of the husband-and-wife team, Mr. Do and Ms. Nguyet – both of whom are second-generation master tailors themselves. Our partners were personally selected by the company’s founder, Dawn Verbrigghe, for their ability to combine classic tailoring technique with contemporary technology and exceptional management – allowing us to efficiently construct garments that have a special, personal touch.
